PAM :
Convenor of the circle.
I started out making cloth dolls with needle sculptured faces, and other country & shabby chic type crafts, but after an amazing journey (which I am still travelling) with an online magazine called The Chocolate Crow Trader, my tastes and style have changed somewhat! I’ve discovered mixed media, collage and altered art, and having such a fun time with them. So I will be adding a very eclectic mix of work to the site.

JACKIE:
Good friend.
I live in Corryong, a small town in NE Victoria, Australia with my Husband and two of my four children. Like most Crafts persons, sewing has always been part of my life and I have dabbled in most sewing Crafts until finally settling on Quiltmaking and the occasional cloth Doll. I sewed as a hobby until almost two and a half years ago when I joined the online Magazine, The Chocolate Crow Trader, where I trade as The Back Shed.
A big part of The Chocolate Crow Trader is the many friends I have made and this is where I met Pam and she has kindly asked me to contribute to her Website.
Since joining the Chocolate Crow I have gradually moved from Quiltmaking and country style dolls to almost purely Primitive. I am now designing nearly all of my projects and have found that my style is still evolving, so who knows what I may come up with.

| SANDY: Sister to Pam and daughter of Judith, I'm keen to launch sandybottoms ceramics on the public and resign my much-hated full time job with the government!! I enjoy both pottery and ceramics but prefer ceramics and am particularly fond of making something unique from a couple of different moulded shapes (see my Dragonfly wall plaque) . My motto is "you can never have enough dust catchers!!". Make it yours too.....

| JULIE: Good friend.
I live in upper Caboolture in sunny Queensland. I have always loved working with my hands, and have been sewing and collecting old wares since I was a child. Over the years I have built up a large collection of vintage laces and fabrics. I have had a variety of craft interests over the years including floristry, handcrafted baby shoes and basketmaking. My husband gave me a teddy with a dress made from old lace a few years ago for my wedding anniversary present, which gave me the inspiration for the dresses that I am now making. I now focus my attentions on vintage teddy dresses, mosaics and other shabby chic themed crafts, which I really enjoy making. I hope you love my vintage dresses and other items as much as I do.
